These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Scrabify website, platform, and related lead generation, pay‑per‑lead services, digital products, and data scraping tools (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.


1. Use of the Services
1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services. By using Scrabify, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

1.2 Permitted Use

You agree to use the Services solely for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including but not limited to:

  • Data protection and privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA)

  • Anti‑spam and electronic communications laws (e.g., CAN‑SPAM, PECR)

  • Intellectual property, consumer protection, and website access laws

1.3 Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purposes

  • Attempt to bypass security features or gain unauthorized access

  • Scrape or collect data from websites where scraping is prohibited by law or the website’s terms

  • Use lead data for spam, unlawful outreach, or non‑compliant marketing

  • Copy, sell, sublicense, redistribute, or exploit the Services or data without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access if you violate these Terms.


2. Lead Generation & Data Services
2.1 Data Sources & Limitations

Scrabify provides leads and scraped data sourced from publicly available information and third‑party providers.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Data may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or subject to change

  • We do not verify or validate third‑party data

  • We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or timeliness

  • We do not guarantee sales, conversions, responses, or business outcomes

2.2 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring lawful use of all lead data

  • Determining whether consent, opt‑in, or notice is required before outreach

  • Complying with all applicable privacy, marketing, and data protection laws

  • Independently verifying data before use


3. Pricing, Payments & Billing
3.1 Pay‑Per‑Lead Pricing

Scrabify operates on a pay‑per‑lead pricing model. Pricing is calculated based on the total number of leads selected before checkout and is clearly displayed before purchase.

3.2 Payment Authorization

By completing a purchase, you authorize Scrabify and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total displayed amount.

3.3 Refunds

All refunds, if applicable, are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.


4. How the Lead Scraping Service Works

To use the Scrabify platform:

  1. Select a Scraper – Choose the appropriate scraper based on your target data source.

  2. Provide Required Details – Enter all mandatory information, including a valid email address.

  3. Apply Filters – Refine your search using job title, company size (optional), and location.

  4. Select Total Leads – Choose the number of leads you wish to receive. Pricing is calculated instantly.

  5. Submit & Receive Leads – Your request is processed securely, and leads are delivered to your inbox, typically within minutes.


5. User Inputs & Scraping Tool Use
5.1 User‑Provided Inputs

When submitting URLs, keywords, queries, or other inputs, you represent that:

  • You are legally permitted to access and process the data

  • Your inputs do not violate third‑party rights or laws

You authorize Scrabify to process such inputs solely to deliver the requested output.

5.2 Compliance Responsibility

Certain websites restrict or prohibit scraping. Scrabify does not monitor or verify third‑party website terms.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Reviewing and complying with third‑party terms of service

  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, CAN‑SPAM, and other applicable regulations


6. Disclaimers
6.1 Service Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Accuracy or reliability of lead data

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Uninterrupted or error‑free operation

6.2 No Performance Guarantees

We do not guarantee that any leads or data will generate revenue, engagement, conversions, or business success.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Scrabify shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim

  • We are not responsible for legal consequences arising from your misuse of data


8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scrabify, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or legal fees arising from:

  • Your use of the Services

  • Your violation of laws or third‑party rights

  • Your breach of these Terms


9. Third‑Party Services & Links

The Services may include links to or integrations with third‑party tools or websites. We are not responsible for:

  • Third‑party content or practices

  • Third‑party privacy or security policies

  • Any loss or damage caused by third‑party services


10. Privacy

Your use of Scrabify is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, processed, and protected.


11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services immediately, with or without notice, if you:

  • Breach these Terms

  • Misuse or abuse of the Services

  • Engage in unlawful or harmful conduct

Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms automatically end.


12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.

Where permitted by law, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable EU, UK, or US law.


13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
