This Return and Refund Policy applies to all payments made via PayPal on Scrabify (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a pay-per-lead digital lead scraping and lead generation platform.

This policy is drafted to align with:

  • PayPal Digital Goods & Services dispute requirements

  • EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU)

  • UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

  • Applicable U.S. consumer protection laws

By completing a purchase, you expressly agree to this policy.

1. Nature of the Service (Digital Content)

Scrabify provides on-demand digital services, including lead scraping, data extraction, and delivery of digital lead results. No physical goods are sold.

Access to the Service and lead processing begin immediately upon payment.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Consumers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for digital purchases.

However, by completing a purchase on Scrabify, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once processing or delivery of leads begins, in accordance with:

  • Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive

  • Regulation 37 of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

This consent is required to complete checkout.

3. Refund Eligibility (Strictly Limited)

Due to the nature of pay-per-lead digital services, all sales are final, except in the following limited circumstances:

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • You were incorrectly charged or charged multiple times for the same transaction.

  • A verified system-level technical failure on Scrabify’s side prevented delivery of paid leads, and our support team was unable to resolve the issue.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of payment.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Leads already generated, delivered, accessed, viewed, or exported.

  • Dissatisfaction with lead quality, accuracy, freshness, completeness, relevance, or conversion results.

  • Business outcomes, marketing performance, or ROI.

  • User error, including incorrect filters, keywords, sources, URLs, or scraping parameters.

  • Leads sourced from third-party websites contain outdated, incomplete, or incorrect data.

  • Alleged legal non-compliance resulting from how you use the data.

  • Termination or suspension due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.

  • Change of mind after purchase.

5. Pay‑Per‑Lead Pricing Model

Scrabify operates exclusively on a pay‑per‑lead basis:

  • Each purchase delivers a defined number of leads.

  • Pricing is clearly displayed before checkout.

  • Once leads are delivered, the transaction is considered fully performed.

There are:

  • No subscriptions

  • No recurring billing

  • No free trials

6. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted via email:

Requests must include:

  • PayPal Transaction ID

  • Purchase email address

  • Detailed description of the issue

Requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria above will be denied.

7. PayPal Disputes & Chargebacks (Strict Enforcement)

We strongly encourage users to contact us before opening a PayPal dispute or chargeback.

For PayPal disputes, we may submit:

  • Proof of service delivery

  • Lead access logs and timestamps

  • System processing records

  • User input history and activity logs

Opening a dispute for a successfully delivered digital service may result in immediate account suspension.

Abusive or fraudulent chargebacks will be contested to the fullest extent permitted by PayPal’s Seller Protection policies.

8. U.S. Consumer Notice

Under U.S. law, refunds are not required for digital goods or services that have been fully delivered and accessed, except where required by state law.

Scrabify provides clear pre-purchase disclosures and delivers services immediately upon payment.

9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates become effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
