This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which Scrabify. We provide refunds for purchases or subscriptions related to our lead generation services and lead scraping tool. Because our Services involve digital products, data processing, and access to software-based tools, please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Digital Nature of Services

Our website delivers digital leads, downloadable data, and access to automated scraping or lead-generation tools. No physical products are shipped, and no physical returns are accepted.


2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Lead Generation Services

Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

  • You were unable to access the leads or files you purchased due to a technical issue on our end.

  • The lead file delivered was empty, corrupt, or significantly different than described.

  • Duplicate purchases were made by mistake (and only one has been used or downloaded).

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Leads that do not result in a desired business outcome (e.g., sales, responses, conversions).

  • Data that was correctly delivered but does not match personal expectations or subjective quality standards.

  • Leads scraped from publicly available data sources that may contain outdated or inaccurate information we cannot control.

2.2 Lead Scraping Tool

Refunds may be provided if:

  • You were unable to access the tool after purchase.

  • A verified technical error prevented the tool from functioning as advertised.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Scraped results that do not match your expectations.

  • Situations where target websites block or limit scraping.

  • Improper use of the tool or failure to follow instructions.

  • Data that is publicly available but may be incomplete, outdated, or unusable for your intended purpose.


3. Subscription-Based Services (if applicable)

If you purchase a recurring subscription:

  • You may cancel anytime, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • We do not issue prorated or mid-cycle refunds for unused time after access has been granted.

  • Refunds for renewal charges may be considered only if requested within 48 hours of the renewal, and the Services have not been used.


4. Free Trials & Credits (if applicable)

If your plan includes free trials, promo codes, or credits:

  • These are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • If your trial converts to a paid plan, you are responsible for cancelling before the billing date.


5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, contact us at support@scrabify.com with:

  • Your name

  • Order ID or transaction details

  • Description of the issue

  • Any relevant screenshots or proof

We review requests within 5–10 business days. Approval or denial will be communicated via email.


6. Chargebacks

If you initiate an unauthorized chargeback:

  • We may suspend or permanently revoke access to our Services.

  • We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with evidence of delivered products.

Please contact us first to resolve billing issues promptly.


7. No Returns

Because our Services are digital and delivered electronically:

  • We do not accept returns of any kind.

  • Data, files, and tool access cannot be “returned” once delivered.
